- Worked for Leading firms in banking consulting or technology
- Exceptional academic record
- Stable tenure and swift promotion in previous position
- Grit and empathy
- Demonstrated ability to drive meaningful impact
Previous healthcare experience is not required but we do look for individuals with a commitment to the sector and for-purpose organisations.
